Trinity Institute 2010 Theological Conference to be webcast at St. Thomas. The topic is Building an Ethical Economy: Theology and the Marketplace. The conference brings together leading theologians and economists to talk about the relationship between economics and Christian belief and action. Examples of questions to be addressed are: Is capitalism a belief system? Theology & Economics: two different worlds? What is wealth? Among the speakers are Rowan Williams, the 104th Archbishop of Canterbury, and Sir Partha Dasgupta, Professor of Economics at the University of Cambridge.

Students from the IU Jacobs School of Music will present the sixth annual Choralfest on Friday, January 29, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Thomas.

This year's theme will be "A Chant Celebration: Organ and Choral Music Inspired by Gregorian Chant." Choralfest is free and open to the public. The event is co-sponsored by the Bloomington Chapter, American Guild of Organists. For more information, see Brian Schkeeper or Patrick Pope.
